Today FEMA joined us with information about SBA (not just for business), procedures, fraud aimed at fire survivors and more pertinent info. Also Sandra Younger, author and national level consultant on surviving disaster aftermath. No longer use the term victim. Use the word survivor because that is what we have in Shasta County. Survivors that will overcome adversity and not victims. Her book is The ComeBACK Formula and addresses how we come back stronger than before after a life changing event.
