A friend just found three squatters in his parents home. He called 911 and said he had a firearm. The dispatchers were more concerned about him saying he had a gun than they were the creeps cooking and sleeping in his home.

Bottom line, benefits need to be negotiated. Compensation packages for fire and RPD are not financially sustainable. No one wants to look at the Gorilla in the room, time for some honest discussion.

Schools in the reservations are awful in every state. Schools in the neighborhoods with a lot of college graduates are good in every state. CA's best school is Cupertino, has the most National Merit Schoolars. The parents in that district are the best educated in the state.

We know a young man who was in the service for over 20 years, retired young and now works for the gov. as a citizen with very classified work. He will retire again. Good for him!
