Sungold: The husband of a friend of mine works for the state and he is out in the woods all the time. He and a coworker came across a couple who sleep at the border of two counties, and collect one month from one, next month from the other

onion_grower: There are lots of fake IDs in America today. After the fiscal crisis in 2008 many people learned how to work the system. Food stamps have exploded. Disability has exploded.

Sungold: They are educated professionals who dropped out of society and they love the homeless life, freely admitted to their lifestyle

onion_grower: I see a lot of people who use two EBT cards at the checkout. Suspect they are from different counties or different fake IDs. All they need is the PIN to use them.
