Sungold: Not sure why no one showed up at the event for the Slip and Slide information, but I can tell you that the talk out on the street is negative about bringing it to Redding. I have spoken to many about it and the common statement is that most feel it is a nutty thing to do in this severe drought.

Sungold: There are homes which have run out of water and water districts which may run out this year, and they want to put how many gallons down a slide .....for what?

Sungold: We are still trying to figure out how to water a yard that has curves and uneven areas and not have a runoff, especially since yards ARE designed to fun off into the storm drains
