Seriously?: Rapoza says Common Core has children studying the Koran. For real? Please show where that is in the curriculum anyone has adopted. There's plenty wrong with the schools, but these guys are just making stuff up.

Sungold: Can you ask your guests if when they take their guided fishing trips down the Sacramento River if they are still noticing many homeless along the river banks, especially around the trail areas, Turtle Bay, Sundial Bridge areas?

Sungold: I wonder too Serious...I have not heard one teacher or parent refer to this. Of course it may be in a different area which are being used as a test.

Sungold: Thank you Carl, I asked because I think I read in the newspaper that the Fly Shop had mentioned that it was impacting their business especially from out of the country folks.

Sungold: Serious, I just Googled about Common Core and Koran, and yes, it seems to be very much an issue all over. Even in CA, kids are even being taken on field trips to Mosks and asked to study and memorize from the Koran.

Seriously?: Kids often learn about other cultures in school. What's that got to do with Common Core?
