RTE: The rates were to llower for big users and go up for the lower user. But then there are opertunities for low income users.

: Question for the Sheriff, Now that we have the Marijuana Law in affect, I have a neighbor renting to a pot grower, does not meet the ordinance requirements. If I call the Sheriff can I expect a deputy to respond and issue a citation and will the home owner be notified?
