jimmy: I would love to call in. When would be a good time to call? I would like the listeners to hear this also
Carl: 715
Carl: or 745
jimmy: 7 45 sounds good
SYSTEM: Please welcome Angel who just joined the chat.
Angel: Good morning
Angel: Hi Jimmy!
jimmy: Hi Angel a very good morning to you ;)
Angel: Yo still working in Fresno?
Angel: My brother was talking to me about how dangerous it is now
SYSTEM: Please welcome Sungold who just joined the chat.
Sungold: Good Morning
Angel: Good morning Sun
Sungold: Fresno has a lot of gangs that have moved it, don't they?
Sungold: Isn't that where you used to live Angel?
Angel: They do, more than any city, including LA
Angel: No, my brother is an officer there
Angel: pretty scary, they indicted the deputy chief for drug dealing, just don't have enough cops to handle the issues ...prop 47 made it so much worse
Angel: They are just underwater, crooks know there is no consequence
Angel: If these cities don't get legislators and voters behind them, they will lose the battle
jimmy: Yeah the Bulldogs are a big gng in Fresno. Isnt that terrible. A gang takes the name of the Fresno state football team
Angel: Sad state
Carl: Ferguson Effect
Sungold: Chief Blankenship was such a visionary, everything that he predicted would happen, has. Police become underfunded and overwhelmed with crime and it all goes down from there.
Angel: Yes it is Carl
SYSTEM: Please welcome Joe who just joined the chat.
Carl: Cigar roller outstanding
Angel: Good morning Joe
Joe: Fresno/Clovis has been a disaster for years. I'm very glad that I am no longer there
Joe: greetings Angel
Sungold: I could not believe what I was seeing on the news the other night about the criminal homeless living on the roof of a building in Redding, throwing their garbage down between the two buildings and making a mess. It was awful.
jimmy: what street is that on Sungold
Joe: Agreed Sungold. But there will be negative reprecussions from putting pressure on moving the homeless from their encampments
Sungold: I don't recall but you could probably find it on KRCR news site
jimmy: Thanks :)
Angel: We met out of town friends traverling yesterday at Black Bear, there was a convention of the homeless on the corner!
SYSTEM: Guest just signed off.
Angel: I was sure the car was going to be burglarized

jimmy: Geez, soory Angel that must have been a bit uncomfortable
jimmy: *sorry
Angel: I guess it is the new south city park
Sungold: Horrifying article. https://crumblingtownreddingca.wordpress.com/
Angel: Yuck!
jimmy: Wonderfull. Being right off I5 that gives a bad rep to Redding for those passing through
Angel: It was pretty sad, all the garbage
Sungold: Has anyone noticed the girls who are always standing on the corner near WeinerSchnitzel? I I go buy there every week and always see a group of young ladies standing there looking around. Part of the human trafficking?
jimmy: sounds like we need a sting operation
Sungold: Yesterday, I noticed an older man across the street watching them
jimmy: ICK
Angel: We saw a hooker yesterday for the first time crossing the street on market
SYSTEM: Guest just signed off.
Sungold: I had no idea the human trafficking problem was so huge here in Redding.
Angel: They deserve what they get Carl
jimmy: Hear Hear Carl
Sungold: A homeless guy came into R& R meats yesterday, and he bought three very thick fillet steaks, two very thick rib eyes, and something else. All very expensive cuts. He and his backpack took off through the parking lot and met up with his buddies on the corner
Sungold: I had a stack of stuff to load into my car and was very uncomfortable until I got out of there.
jimmy: and many who work all week long cannot afford such food
jimmy: HMMMM
Sungold: You got that right!
Sungold: Next to me a mom and dad with kids in tow, bought two five pound packs of their lean hamburger. What a difference!
Angel: There is no consequence, they know it
Angel: Well time to get on the trail, dogs are giving me the look!
Angel: Have a great weekend!
jimmy: See ya Angel. have a good one
Sungold: Have fun, stay safe
Joe: Is Redding going to stop watering the lawns in the median and at city hall, to set the example and save water?
Sungold: I wish they would cut down the dried up shrubs along Shasta View that they have stopped watering. It is a terrible fire hazard. I am going to call fire prevention today and talk with them about it.
Sungold: They did all the landscaping and now are letting it go. Everything is so dry on the one section and weeds are taking over other parts along that road. All along the nice housing areas and it looks awful
Joe: even if the water is turned off, the city workers are still responsible for mowing and fire hazzard mitigation

jimmy: Hmmm. I lost the chatroom
Joe: working here
Joe: just no posts since you joined in
jimmy: Ok I see now . Thanks
jimmy: I just cannot see previous posts. :)
jimmy: One thing that was also interesting about Ireland is that my friend, his wife ,my wife and I went into a pub. After we ordered we went to sit down. The craic ( conversation ) was going well. Then my friend got very quite. We started looking around and there was loads of IRA memerobilia on the walls.
jimmy: The people at the pub where very, very friendly to me and talked up a storm, but they wouldnt talk to or shake the hand of my English friend
SYSTEM: Guest just signed off.
jimmy: Fine Irish band, Thin Lizzy
Joe: why is audio stream repeating? I am hearing the halal butcher shop discussion again
jimmy: HMMM, not me. I am hearing current discussion
jimmy: try rebooting
jimmy: Yeah then I wouldnt have to work out of town all the time
SYSTEM: Please welcome Joe who just joined the chat.
Joe: stopping and restarting did not fix. Close browser and reopen did the job
jimmy: another way to see how much new construction is going on is to look at how many truss set up's are sitting in the yard at truss company off I5 accross from the outlets in Anderson
jimmy: ahh Ye'Ol browser
Sungold: So how is the new construction going? Sorry, I was away from the computer for a bit.
jimmy: better than it was a in 08 to 12 but nowhere near during the boom. The way it could improve tremendously is to cut the red tape at city hall.
Joe: cut the red tape and cut the fees
jimmy: The company (HVAC) I work for used to do almost all new construction ,but now we have to do retrofits on exsisting houses or go out of town for new construction. Still very little new construction
jimmy: Yes Joe and cut the very high fee's
jimmy: IMOHO the reason Weaver Sullivan got in was due to saturating the air wave's with ad's so the under, or,non informed vater would just vote for them because they did not know about the other candidates
jimmy: *voter
jimmy: * Weaver and Sullivan
jimmy: ATTENTION Carl.. I forgot to mention i was talking about the halil meat. This guy told me right here at the safeway in Redding they have Halil brand prepackaged meat
jimmy: he said they looked at the back of the package and it was on there. I want to check this out
