my office offered employees flexible schedules, some came in an hour early, some at normal time, another an hour late. Resulted in lunch shifts so that the office was open at lunch and open an hour earlier in the morning and an hour later in the afternoon

I've noticed many are moving closer into neighborhoods

in the 1920's that problem would have been quicly solved, but now we are a peaceful gentle people

build the additional 64 beds and rent 40 of the 64 out to other counties... 50 dollars a night would be over 700,000 per year...and we could use the other 24 extra beds for ourselves...easily paying for the additional cost
