I've noticed two things about crime where we live. They are zero reports on "Next Door" about suspicious activity or people. However, I have noticed that the homeless are getting closer into the neighborhoods. I see them coming out from under the bridge on Victor near Hartnell.

The are all over in the complex where Carl's barber shop and my nail shop are located. I I park near the creek, it is a little scary
