Sungold: Redding has a loitering ordinance and I see no reason why we cannot enforce them. Drive a fire truck down the street and hose them all down...at least they will get half clean.

Sungold: Sex in open public places is against the law, you can bet if it were one of us, we would be arrested. They have been having open sex at the park in front of Station 5 on Hartnell for years.. I had an office there when I was working for RPD and I witnessed it and that was over 20 years agol
