jimmy: Easy to get footage of cops beating some one because they didnt film the patr where the suspect was resisiting arrest and being comative

Jarhead: they spend thousands on having outside groups study everything from the street development to crime and they chose this to move forward with blindly..

CoachBob: Jimmy, sometimes "resisting arrest" amount to "please don't hit me" and holding up their arms to try block swings from a baton

Jarhead: bob, I know many officers in many different forces personally and not one would be the type to use that tactic... I'm sure there it has happened but can you list one time that you know personally having witnessed ?

jimmy: That is what i am saying. We always see footage of some person being on the ground getting beat with a baton. what we do not see is what transpired before that. when they where resisting or not complieing with the officer.
