Sungold: Has your webmaster been able to figure out what takes the chat so long to load and why the audio does not come on unless you attempt to load chat twice or three times?

Sungold: It is not just me, many of the chatters are having the same issue, we all brought it up on here several times.

Sungold: Mine takes so long to load sometimes, I get a time out message. Not having trouble anywhere else

Sungold: Once I get on it is OK, except for intermittent audio interruptions

ProducerBadBob: It's any number of issues, Sun, most of them having to do with how your browser handles the media stream. It could also be traffic congestion at any number of points in the long chain of devices between our microphone and your speakers.

ProducerBadBob: Not an excuse, just how it works :(

Sungold: Ig this programs success rate is indeed 60 to 70 per cent, that is phenomenal and something Redding should be taking a look at.
