JB: 4 out of 5 council members have voted to spend up to 24,000 on public relations to try to get a favorable opinion of themselves from the public. The public needs more law enforcement!

karen: The Sacramento River is the crown jewel of Redding. Something has to be done to develop that into something similar to San Antonio River Walk, etc.

karen: Council members need to understand that businesses, a UC campus, etc are all looking at quality of life. If the streets are unsafe, drug addicts everywhere, stores being robbed they will not relocate to Redding. It's time to fix problems not put band aids on them.

Joly: My question is, why does the City of Redding seem so against growth? Why don't they want businesses to come here, and why do they make it so hard? I don't understand their mindset.
