Jarhead: doesn't the new 'gun free zone' bill give some level of discretion to local law enforcement and school admin ?

OfficersWife: Found a ricocheted bullet in front of my house on a public street from the gun range you train at. Should I call you to report it or my neighborhood watch or what?

OfficersWife: My house is for sale and the bullet was bagged and labeled in front of the realtor and prospective buyer. Should we disclose that bullets are being found on the properties on all sides of me?

OfficersWife: Our realtor said we only need to offer a "Noise Waiver" for a buyer to sell. But that makes it sound like the extent of the side effects of living next to a gun range. Seems dishonest. What do you think?
