ReddingResident: To Mr.Hendrix. How can u protect the environment when u are the Vice president of a gun range that continues to allow lead to dsposite into Redding soil where there r no barriers or lead catches for the lead that ricochets in to Redding?

ReddingResident: To Hendrix: You have barriers and devices to filter or catch some of the lead on your Shasta County range property but there is no safety from the lead that crosses into city limits and ricochets into Redding.

ReddingResident: To Hendrix: Why do you continue to be a member and on the board of the Record Range when the D.A's office has "Cut ties with the Record Range in January of this year." Those are the words of DA Stephen Carlton in a letter I received last week.

ReddingResident: The most recent bullet found on a public redding street was just last month.

ReddingResident: Do you think that buyers in the Mary Lake subdivision area should sigh a "Hazardous Toxic Waste" waiver? Or do you think the "Noise Waiver" is a sufficient notification or warning to a Redding consumer?

ProducerBadBob: I would think that one should start with CAL-EPA since that is their jurisdiction?

ProducerBadBob: State Water Quality Control Board would be a logical starting point

ReddingResident: Yes...did that. They said my local DA's office should be involved. However, Hendrix is the VP on the range board.
