Sungold: Why can't they upgrade the trains already in use. I thought I heard Trish mention that earlier

Sungold: I had veterans on our volunteer staff when I was with the City. I loved them, they took charge and ran with the plans I gave them. I never heard one of them say "that can't be done". They listened to me, and then figured out a way we could accomplish it.

Jarhead: no they just look outside the community...those they are bringing from larger cities have a greater potential of voting for the things they are trying change...
