Most streaming audio issues involve a port assignment if you are using a home router or a problem with the codec on your browser. Try a different browser or see if you can force an update. Firefox seems to have a lot of problems these days.

Angel send a email with the nature of the issue, the operating system, the browser and who your service provider is. John a couple of years ago was ranting because he could not get audio. It turned out that his home router needed a full reset which means removing power for at least 15 minutes.
