ProducerBadBob: So what I heard him say was that a potential developer and the corporation work out their proposal THEN they go to the local authorities and say "we want to..." For the reason he said. Once the City is in the discussion it becomes a Public Record thing, which can really complicate negotiations.

jimmy: OMG yes. I know who the culprit was. told me he was sick a couple of days after working with him out of town.

jimmy: The guys had the bright idea of each guy cooking dinner one night a week in rotation. the bugger who was sick cooked dinner one night berfore i knew he had been fighting off the bug for a day or two

jimmy: Isnt it funny how Anderson city council welcomes and grows buisness but Redding is so terrible at it
Angel: I still use it for my husband when he gets sick, he will never take the coldese unless I make him. I use coldese more as a preventive, before getting on a plane or in a large group of people
Angel: They have an open arms philosophy for sure, bring us your ideas and we will work with you to make it happen
jimmy: They just tore down The Hilltop INN due to crime infestation. They say they already have a Best Western ( i think it is) ready to move in. It seems that moved very quickly compared to other Redding projects. HMM
Angel: It happened at Thanksgiving when I was at Safeway, gal checking my groceries and the bagger walked up afte she started coughing and sneezing ...I was not happy and asked her why she didn't go home.....I was so ready to be rude and tell her I would bag my own but I didn't she was just a kid
Angel: I had to work for a living at that age and went sick or not
