Officers practice all the time, I find that remark about accuracy curious. Maybe when a situation is very tense, accuracy drops a bit.

sorry tax payers...our city managers and city attorneys work hard and deserve their 100's of thousands they receive every year and the city staff deserve raises even though tax revenues are down and the economy is flat... we need more money or it can't be fixed

The City needs to make use of their volunteer program and recruite folks to ride bikes on the trail or even walk in groups and provide radios for them to communicate with dispatch. There are people who would love to do that.
