It's known that the NSA revelations from Mister Snowden did have a chilling effect on the types of searches done by Americans.

Remember with the year 2000 was upon us? There was a lot of paranoia about that too. I just sat back and watched my computer switch with no issues, nothing happened and we were all fine.

I was taught that when you see a red light behind you not to pull over until you feel and know it is a safe place. Even if that means going to the next exit

We only have one man working the CCW checks and the CA government is doing that to delay and make things slow. Plus they are charging us too much and using the money for their gun confiscation police.

When a Enforcement Stop is done, the officer typically calls the plate. Dispatch enters the number and the system checks first to see if it's stolen, then is the registration current , etc.
