ThomasEdison: Mr. Murray, when someone puts in a solar unit they are reducing the power used by the city which reduces the amount used to calculate the percent of green energy needed to meet the state standards, saving REU the generation cost by those standards

ThomasEdison: REU has created a position where they have ridiculously high fixed cost. That is their policy and their goal. Debt service is a big part of this and yet they continue to increase this debt
