Paoletti should monitor traffic court. RPD gives out bogus tickets and people go to traffic court expecting the judge to throw them out. The officer is often in court for three hours to collect a $229 ticket for something which does not effect public safety.

RPD has been working on their Neighborhood Watch because a few of the other Chiefs let it die. The online Next Door is great and fire and law are using it to communicate with us. Plus there is lots of info on their website. Neighbors need to do more to watch their area
