ProducerBadBob: Hello Tick and Rick
ProducerBadBob: :-D
Hammer: this is all nice....but this is such a small 'drip' in a city that is drowning with budget issues that are leading to crime and infrastructure issues... need to have a real plan and quit throwing things against the wall to see what sticks
Hammer: huge hole in the bottom of the boat and we are being asked to get excited about the new fish finder we just installed
ProducerBadBob: 605-4567
RangerRick: Hey BOB
Hammer: and where does the money come from ?
Hammer: is zuckerberg going to give it to us
Hammer: Redding is kind of a developing 3rd world nation
Hammer: come up with a plan that allows the local hinters to solve the homeless/crime issues and we can use the Measure D money to solve the pension issues and pay for the new internet access to be installed
Hammer: hunters
RangerRick: Poverty Flats
RangerRick: But I am still not anxious for the area to be paved over like SOCAL
Hammer: still think combining the Ducky Derby and our homeless issue together may be the answer we are looking for...could be a great event...national exposure
ProducerBadBob: So totally unworkable "solutions" that would warm the heart of the average Facist, do you disagree that increasing the tax base and putting people to work is the actual FIX to what ails us here?
ProducerBadBob: * putting them aside....
Hammer: opening up access to a 'few' new positions or opportunities is always a positive... but we are not going to find 50 million laying around to get the internet access we would like....in the mean time our 'process' is holding us back in so many other areas...and we need to quit listening to all the wh
Hammer: the tech approach is a 'portion' but only a part of what the solution needs to involve
ProducerBadBob: OK first of all..the "50 Million" is a cherry picked number to make a candidate look bad. There is such a thing as a scaled rollout of infrastructure so that argument is thin.
ProducerBadBob: What is your...solution?
