One way to pay back Redding is to shop online. Find what you want on Amazon. It has great reviews. Look on Ebay for the same item. Most Ebay sellers don't collect CA sales tax.

We have a patrol in our neighborhood which is on Next Door, anything unusual reported and several people respond. Recently chased a homeless man on a bike checking out a neighbors house who was not at home. It took about 5 minutes and he was escorted out of the area
