Did a little research on the topic of electronic vote rigging. While it might be easy to tamper with a single machine, or a single precinct, it requires physical access because the system is not networked for that very reason.

America is not going to amend the constitution to eliminate the electoral college. Congress is not going to approve State of Jefferson. Why do we keep hearing about silly ideas?

Congress is likely to cut funds to LA and Frisco, the sanctuary cities. That could throw the state into fiscal crisis as the legislature bails them out.
