In the first segment Carl welcomed the Medical Director of Pace Cancer Center in Redding CA. Dr. Promila Dhanuka is a board certified medical oncologist, also specializing in hematology. They discussed the importance of early cancer detection. Her office is fully equipped with a chemotherapy suite for in- office chemotherapy and intravenous infusions. She is on staff at Shasta Regional Medical Center and Mercy Medical Center. In the second segment Carl and Linda welcomed Maria Orozco, Senior Director of Public Relations and Tribal Council Member – Miranda Edwards to discuss upcoming events and news concerning the tribe.
