Boo: I met with a 'health tech' at the clinic. She was a 'combat medic' and they would not give her a job equivalent to a LVN because she did not have civilian credentials. BS

lvdad: NO The Execjutive just fires the leader but NEVER reaches down into the supervisory racks to FIRE the bad ones.

eddie515: I think if you get the right person in charge of the department, they better clean it up or they will be gone as well

lvdad: Gov Unions or administrative BS holds all these mid level bad apples in their posisiton If you ran a private business like that (hospital) they woudl be broke in a week.

Boo: VA upper management are paid very well and tangle bonus money to the site managers for doing nothing except piss of the Doctors

lvdad: I listened to a lot of the hearing but except for a few (your Boss)there were no fireworks

eddie515: I believe the majority of the people who work at the VA want to do the right thing but are stopped in their tracks the minute they speak out

Erin: We got that at 1am the day of the hearing

Boo: Yup, one Dr. just went out for a 30 day leave, she is being fired, but you can't prove it.
